According to him, his side will concrete 293,276 square meters area in total. It consists of 43,884 square meters in Gambir Sub-district; 33,042 square meters in Senen and Johar; 34,739 square meters in Kemayoran (Phase I); 36,461 square meters in Menteng; 27,318 square meters in Sawah Besar; 40,808 square meters in Tanah Abang, and 41,499 square meters in Kemayoran Sub-district (Phase II).
